III. 5 DAY ROASTER'S COURSE

Beginner, intermediate,or advanced coffee roasters, there's something for everyone in this intensive roasting workshop. Learn about green coffees and their unique characteristics from a multitude of source regions. Learn roasting profiles on several different roasters from sample size to 60 kilo drum roaster. Hands-on roasting and cupping exercises take place daily in a small class setting. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own coffees for roasting and analysis.

Who should attend?
Anyone who is currently roasting coffee or involved with a coffee roastery should attend this class.

Cost: $1,250 per student, includes lunch daily
