II. "Q" Grader's Exam
Become an elite coffee Q Grader. Participants
are expected to arrive with full coffee knowledge to take
an intese, 3 day, exam. The exam tests on 20 different coffee
related subjects, such as green grading, roast identification,
coffee cupping, sensory skills and sensory triangulation.
If successful you will become a CQI (Coffee
Quality Institute) Certified Q Grader with the ability to
certify Q coffees worldwide.
Who should attend?
Industry professionals, quality control experts,
cuppers , brokers, exporters, coffee company professionals,
and people from coffee producing countries.
Pre-requisite
Participants in the Q Grader Course must have attended
the SCAA Cupping Course or have equivalent experience.
