I. SCAA CUPPING COURSE

Hone your coffee tasting and cupping skills.  This is a 5 Day learning course based on sensorty aptitude, taste tests and aroma exercises. This course is a teaching preparation for the "Q" Grader Exam.

At the end of each session an SCAA sanctioned exam will be given. If successful you will become a Certified SCAA Cupping Judge.

Who should attend?
Anyone now cupping coffee or who would like to learn how to cup should attend this course.

            Waterbury, Vermont (USA)

West -- SCAA Headquarters
            Long Beach, California (USA)

          April 14-18
         July 14-18
         October 13-17
West:

Cost: $1,250 per student, course materials and lunches included.

Note: Courses are offered in Spanish and Portuguese, as well as English
