2007 Winter Program
September, 2009; Coffee Lab International introduces the “School
of Coffee”: Intensive coffee courses and hands-on
workshops are now held at our school’s state-of-the-art
lab, training, and roasting facility in Waterbury, Vermont.
In addition to the core course offerings below, we will be
adding micro-workshops open to everyone searching for the
“perfect” cup.
First of its Kind SCAA Certification
Coffee Lab International's Laboratory is the first of its
kind ever to be certified by the Specialty Coffee Association
of America (SCAA) to conduct the SCAA Cupping Judge Course.
Mané Alves
Mane
Alves, founder and President of Coffee Lab International,
and world renowned coffee expert will preside over all the
courses with the addition of adjunct instructors whenever
appropriate.
